Traction Law Applies From Exit One
CDOT enforces the Passenger Vehicle Traction Law from 1 September to 31 May between Dotsero and Morrison, and the rules cover tread depth and tyre type even on all-wheel drive vehicles. Loveland sits squarely inside that stretch.
