A typical booking covers six to eight hours: pickup an hour before showtime, the chauffeur waits through the show, and pickup near the same drop point at the end. Allow about an hour and fifteen minutes from Boulder on a show night, more for a headliner on a Friday. Traffic on 93 and then 470 is fine until the last few miles, where everyone funnels to the same entrance. We aim to have you inside the gates before doors rather than during the support act, because the walk up from the lots takes longer than people expect and the amphitheatre sits at a genuine 6,450 feet. If it rains, we reposition closer to the covered areas.

Concert nights run as hourly charter, because the vehicle is yours for the evening and the end time is never exact. That covers the drive out, the wait, and the drive home, with no surge on a busy weekend. Groups up to fourteen ride in one van, usually cheaper per head than separate rideshares and far easier to coordinate in a dark parking lot. Book early for anything that sold out quickly; our vans go first on those dates.
