Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Mayflower Boulder Limo, concerning your access to and use of https://mayflowerboulderlimo.com and our services. By booking our services, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms. The Site is intended for users at least 18 years of age.
Airport pickups
We are not responsible if a guest is not present at the reserved pickup time. If you cannot locate your vehicle, contact dispatch at (720) 694-7791. Our drivers wait 45 minutes free for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, measured from landing. If contact is not made after the courtesy wait period, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
Delayed, missed, or cancelled flights
It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of a missed flight or delay by calling (720) 694-7791. If a flight is delayed after take-off, we track the arrival and apply no additional charge for the tracked delay. If your flight is cancelled, notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a mountain-area pickup and 24 hours for a Denver or Boulder-area pickup. Changes with less notice are treated as a late cancellation.
All other pickups
On arrival at the reserved time, the driver waits 15 minutes free of charge. After 30 minutes past the reserved time, we reserve the right to cancel the trip and charge in full.
Damages
Guests take full financial responsibility for any damage they cause, including excessive cleaning. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond capacity.
Prohibited activities
No alcoholic beverages and no smoking are permitted in our vehicles.
Bad weather and traffic
We are not responsible for guests being late due to delays, traffic, weather, or vehicle malfunction. Road closures and unsafe conditions are beyond our control.
Complimentary 15-minute stops
All mountain reservations include one scheduled complimentary 15-minute stop. Additional stops are charged per 15 minutes at the Company’s rate.
Change of plans
Reservation changes are accepted only by email or by calling (720) 694-7791. Drivers may not alter reservations or accept payments other than gratuities.
No-shows
A booking is a no-show if the guest fails to contact us before the grace period expires, and is charged the full fare.
Payment policies
By making a reservation you authorise us to charge the card provided for the full cost including taxes, surcharges, and gratuities. Payments are processed through Square, Stripe, and PayPal.
Return and cancellation policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip begins. A guest who fails to cancel within 24 hours is charged in full. All cancellations are accepted only by email.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
