Most families book the first and the third. The second matters when relatives are scattered across hotels and nobody wants to be giving directions on the morning.
Why the Family Vehicle Is Worth It
Not for appearance. For the practical reason that nobody in the immediate family should be driving, navigating or parking that day.
A held vehicle means the family travels together, arrives together, and is collected afterwards without anyone making arrangements between the service and the reception.

What to Tell Us When You Call
- The service time and location. We work backwards from it.
- Whether there is a burial or reception afterwards, and where.
- Who should be the contact — usually not the closest family member.
- Any mobility needs among the passengers.
- Roughly how many people, even approximately.
That is all. One phone call covers it, and we confirm everything in writing so nobody has to remember details.
